Terms of Service

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the API to generate, host, or distribute:

• content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the People's Republic of China;
• pornographic or sexually explicit content;
• politically sensitive content, including content that undermines national security or social stability;
• content for military or weapons-development purposes;
• malware, phishing material, or content used to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Violations result in immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of any remaining token balance.

2. What we collect

• Account: email address and a password hash. We do not collect government IDs, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
• Usage: model name, token counts, and timestamps. We do not store your raw prompts or completions beyond what is needed to serve the request.
• Logs are retained for at least 6 months for billing and abuse investigation.

3. Payment and tokens

• Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in USD.
• Tokens are a prepaid usage credit measured in model tokens (1 token = 1 token of model usage). Tokens do not expire.
• Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Unconsumed balances may be refunded at the operator's discretion on written request.

4. Export control and compliance

This service provides API access only. It does not provide, and you may not request, model weights, source code, training code, or reproducible training techniques. You are responsible for complying with the export control and sanctions laws applicable to you.

5. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may suspend the service for maintenance, abuse mitigation, or legal compliance reasons.
